Shopware 6 Connector – Your Shop and SAP Business One, Finally Connected
Products, prices, stock levels, customers and orders flow automatically between Shopware and SAP – in real time, in both directions. No duplicate data entry, no manual exports, no outdated inventory in your shop. You sell, the system handles the rest.
What the Shopware 6 Connector Does for Your E-Commerce
Product Data Always in Sync
New product created in SAP? The connector automatically transfers master data, variants, descriptions and images to your Shopware store. Changes to text or categories are applied immediately. Delta sync detects what has changed and only updates what is necessary. You maintain your products once in SAP – the shop is always current.
Prices and Discounts Managed Centrally
Volume pricing, customer group discounts, time-limited promotions – the connector maps your SAP pricing logic fully into Shopware. Gross and net prices are calculated automatically, strikethrough prices displayed correctly. For multiple currencies, the system also synchronises exchange rates. Price changes in SAP are visible in the shop immediately, without manual intervention.
Orders Straight Into the ERP
Every Shopware order is automatically created as a sales order in SAP Business One – including customer data, line items, shipping method and payment information. New customers are created automatically; existing customers are reliably recognised. As soon as picking and dispatch are processed in SAP, the order status in the shop updates accordingly. Your customers always know exactly where their delivery stands.
Multiple Shops, One Administration
Running multiple Shopware stores or serving different clients in SAP? The connector manages all connections centrally through a single web interface. Individual settings per store, flexible field mappings, custom SQL queries for special requirements. Integrated logging records every data exchange. You are notified of any errors before your customers notice anything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why connecting Shopware and SAP Business One makes all the difference – and how the connector solves it.
Manual exports and CSV imports work fine at five orders a day. The moment your online business grows, they become a bottleneck: stock levels in the shop are outdated, customers order items that are long sold out, and your staff spend hours manually entering orders into SAP. Every manual step is a source of error – wrong quantities, missing customer data, forgotten invoices. The connector eliminates these gaps entirely: every order, every stock change and every price update flows automatically and in real time between both systems. This not only saves time – it prevents the errors that cause returns, customer complaints and lost revenue.
Without integration, exactly what frustrates your customers most happens: they order, they pay – and days later receive a cancellation. The connector synchronises stock levels from SAP Business One with Shopware in near real time. When an item is picked in the warehouse, sold via drop shipment or restocked via a goods receipt, availability in the shop updates automatically. This not only protects against overselling, but also ensures that items back in stock become orderable immediately – without anyone having to manually release inventory.
No – and that is one of the biggest efficiency gains. SAP Business One remains your leading system for product master data, prices, volume tiers and customer group conditions. The connector transfers everything to Shopware automatically – including variants, descriptions, images and category assignments. Changes in SAP are visible in the shop within minutes. This eliminates not only duplicate data maintenance, but also the inconsistencies that arise when two systems are maintained manually in parallel: mismatched prices, outdated descriptions, missing variants.
Every Shopware order is automatically created as a customer order in SAP – with all tax-relevant data, correct accounts and a complete document chain. Invoices, delivery notes and credit memos are generated where they belong: in your ERP. That means no manual postings, no missing documents during an audit, and a financial accounting record that always reflects the actual position. For your controlling team, this means online revenue is immediately visible in SAP reports – broken down by product group, customer group or sales channel.
The question is less about revenue and more about transaction volume. As soon as you process more than a handful of orders per day, the manual effort for data maintenance, stock corrections and order entry quickly exceeds the cost of automation. Many of our customers report that eliminating manual order transfer alone frees up one to two full-time equivalents. Add to that the avoided downstream costs: fewer returns due to incorrect stock levels, fewer complaints due to wrong prices, and faster despatch because orders arrive in the warehouse immediately rather than the following morning.
Yes – and this is exactly where the strategic advantage of a true ERP integration becomes clear. The connector supports multiple Shopware instances in parallel, for example for different brands, B2B and B2C shops or international storefronts. SAP Business One remains the central system for stock, prices and orders throughout. If you start selling via Amazon or another channel tomorrow, you already have the infrastructure in place to keep your fulfilment from descending into chaos. Without this central backbone, every new sales channel becomes additional manual overhead – with it, your e-commerce scales without a proportionally growing back office.
