Warehouse Pro uses the native SAP Service Layer API and therefore works directly within your SAP Business One environment, without middleware, without batch imports and without synchronisation delays. Every warehouse transaction, whether goods receipt, stock transfer, picking or dispatch, is immediately visible in SAP. An active SAP Business One installation is a prerequisite for operation.
Warehouse Pro supports GS1-128 and GS1-DataMatrix natively, including the most important Application Identifiers for GTIN, batch/lot, serial number, expiry and manufacturing date, and quantity. A single GS1 scan therefore captures all relevant data at once. On the hardware side, supported devices include the Honeywell CK65 and Zebra MC33, as well as any scanner operating as an HID input device or in hex mode. Barcode pre-processing can additionally be configured individually using regular expressions.
Yes. Warehouse Pro is modular, and you control which modules are visible per user. Goods receipt, picking, stock transfer, stocktake, returns, Pick & Pack: each module can be shown or hidden as needed. Every team member sees only the functions relevant to their role. The Pick & Pack Manager is a standalone application with its own Docker container that can be deployed and scaled independently of the core WMS.
Batches and serial numbers are processed end-to-end across all relevant modules, from goods receipt through picking and stock transfer to dispatch. The system detects duplicate serial numbers in real time, tracks expiry dates from the point of goods receipt and supports multi-bin assignment per batch. For regulated industries such as medical technology or pharma, Warehouse Pro is UDI- and GMP/GDP-capable.
Warehouse Pro is aimed at industries where traceability is business-critical: medical technology (UDI-compliant serialisation, MDR audit readiness), pharma and life sciences (GS1-compliant batch tracking, FEFO), food and beverage (real-time best-before date transparency), electronics and manufacturing (serial number tracking, production order integration) and e-commerce and fulfilment (high-volume pick & pack, pallet management, carrier handover).
Warehouse Pro runs on-premise or as a Docker container on IIS, and supports both SQL Server and SAP HANA. The system is available in seven languages (DE, EN, CZ, ES, FR, TR, PL), making it suitable for international locations. Proactive monitoring via Sentry integration detects issues before users report them. A 14-day audit trail ensures full traceability of all warehouse movements. Please note: Warehouse Pro requires an active connection to the SAP Service Layer API and does not function offline.
Implementation typically takes days, not months. Warehouse Pro is installed as a ready-made system, connected to your SAP Business One environment and activated module by module. A typical project starts with one module (e.g. goods receipt) and is expanded step by step.
